At Spring Creek we celebrate the following regular events:​

• Pot luck lunch last Sunday of the month following the service

• Annual fall fish fry

• Annual spring wild game dinner

• We host one meeting of the Bosque Baptist Association annually

• Cemetery work day first Saturday in May
